Fashion, portrait and commercial photography. Visual production, end to end.
Through my own experience and deep empathy, I created this work to reflect the silent fatigue of workers caught up in the hectic pace of capitalism, where even during the day, sleep lingers in the body. Time becomes a constraint, and work becomes a performance that repeats itself endlessly. In this cycle, the human spirit gradually sinks into activity, but a subtle beauty emerges in the tension between endurance and rest.
To the countless workers trapped in capitalism's fast-moving tide, where the self is surrendered to schedules, the heart to deadlines, and the spirit to silence: may we offer not pity, but reverence, for theirs is a quiet poetry of survival written in sweat, time, and unwavering motion.

Vụn biển, ánh trong tay người
The essence comes from the sea, the finesse from human hands.

Carrying that spirit, The Sea, Cut Into Light is a fashion editorial inspired by mother-of-pearl inlay, the craft in which the sea's treasures are cut into fragments, pieced back together and preserved by hand.
Seen through a young soul, the project does not treat the craft as distant heritage but as a memory still growing. Every piece of nacre carries light, time, memory and traces of the ocean. Every cut is slow, patient and full of respect.
In the contrast between the young soul and the artisan, the sea takes on a new form. Through photography and lacquer inlaid with mother-of-pearl, the work places the young soul at the center of the craft's memory, as someone who receives it and carries it forward. Handcraft is seen not as the past but as a living current, passed from one generation to the next.
She doesn't remember the first time she saw the sea,
only that some shells reflected light,
and the grown-ups said: to keep the sea, you must learn to cut it slowly.
She does not make the sea sound.
She keeps its light.
Echoes of the Hands is about a sound that has never been struck, only listened for through the artisan's hands. The drum in these pictures is in no hurry to sound. It chooses silence, like a body waiting to be named.
The drum stands still, holding its pauses. The stillness is not empty but compressed, a place where sound is kept deep before it takes shape and voice.
At the moment of tuning, every sense gathers in the artisan's ears and hands. Listening, not force, decides everything. The skin is stretched little by little, the ropes pulled tight, each vibration so small it can only just be felt. Fine sawdust falls onto the hands and records that fragile tremor, like sand slipping through an hourglass in a room that must stay slow and completely still.
Once the form is complete, the drum begins to hold its sound for itself. In the final spray-painting stage the feeling is released. The precision remains, and with it comes pride: the long silence breaks and the artisan knows the drum is ready to speak.
Throwing sawdust into the air is a deeply human gesture, a quiet victory. The particles fly out, echo and fall back, closing a journey in which drum and artisan are no longer separate but share one breath.
It was in my dream checklist to create a fashion moodboard and have it on magazine.
- Lydie
This editorial was born from Lydie's dream: to reimagine the Vietnamese woman through the lens of fashion.
Each of the four looks is a dialogue between memory and modernity, capturing her softness, strength and quiet confidence.
The beauty of Vietnamese women isn't about perfection, but about how they evolve while staying true to themselves. Here, fashion becomes a language to tell their story: timeless, graceful and ever-changing.

Handcrafted Chinese ink-wash painting on a qipao skirt, by Joyce Tang.
Transit explores the spirit of passing through: a temporary stop that still carries a constant rhythm of change.
Steel frames, bunk beds and minimal objects stacked on top of one another, like the luggage of a pared-down life, ready to be packed up again for the road.
Industrial materials and a lean, staged composition recall dormitories, hostels and roadside campsites, places where people stay for a while, meet, and gather their things for the next leg.
Transit is not only a stopover. It is a metaphor for each person's moment of change: anchored for now between old and new, between confusion and freedom, between the milestone that stays and the turn that leads further.
She emerges as a fragile pulse against the velvet dark. In this threshold of stillness, the architecture of the self begins to erode: a quiet surrender to the void, where breath turns to ghost and presence dissolves into silence.
Every project in one place. End to end marks work produced from brief to delivery.
From the first idea to the final file. One point of contact, with a crew built around each project.
When a brief needs more than photographs, I take it end to end: concept, shoot and post, for stills and motion together.
